"IMTI  Recruits Qualified Mechanics"

Why IMTI?

IMTI pioneered the development of intermodal industry employment services coupled with technical training.

Traditional on-the-job training of intermodal mechanics is costly, in terms of low productivity, inability to generate billable hours exceeding customer tariffs, and risk of mechanic turnover.

IMTI delivers customized training programs and ready to work mechanics with intermodal as their chosen field.

IMTI provides job seekers with the solid technical skill training and qualifications to repair intermodal equipment and conduct FMCSA and California regulatory inspections.

IMTI is a woman owned and controlled business
